he Hustler’s Fund is accessible via USSD as well as on the corresponding telecom apps, including Mpesa, T-Kash, and Airtel Money.
Both can be used to register, with the universal network code being *254#. When you use a Safaricom line, you will first be invited to accept the terms and regulations before being asked to enter your mobile money PIN, such as your MPESA Pin.
A text message advising you if your registration was successful will be sent to the cellphone number you registered for the fund once you have completed. A borrowing cap will then be given to you. The waiting time can be between 30 and 2 hours.
If you’re application was not successful, you would also be informed via text.
